This property had an extremely tired lawn which had also been severely damaged as a result of extensive building improvements. To enhance and finish off the beautifully constructed conservatory we were the last of a very long line of professionals to be drafted in. The compacted soil and turf was rotivated and leveled and several tons of first grade top soil was brought in. The sharpness and clarity of the architect’s design was only improved further once the lumps and dips in the lawn were replaced by a level, top grade of turf. The clients went on to bring us in to take charge of the planting of the borders around the edge of the property.
